Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Ground Advantage.

USPS Ground Advantage is a reliable domestic shipping service that typically delivers within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The weight and dimensions of your order

  • Your delivery address

  • Current USPS shipping rates

You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery directly through USPS.

 

1. General

 

Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally, a stock discrepancy may occur, and we may not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfil the available products and contact you to see if you would prefer to wait restocking of the backordered item or prefer us to process a refund.

 

1.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5 - 7 days but may be impacted by delays from our courier companies.

 

1.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on public holidays when the warehouse may be closed. In such cases, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are minimized.

 

1.3 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we can modify the address any time before the order has been dispatched.

 

1.4 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they are back in stock.

 

1.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

 

2. Tracking Notifications

 

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor their shipment’s progress based on the latest updates from our courier companies.

 

3. Parcels Damaged In Transit

 

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for next steps.

 

4. Sales Tax

 

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website and itemized on your order.
