5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Returns and Refunds: ARCHFORD USA may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund on full-priced Products returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the Product packaging is unopened and in saleable condition. The Product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging with original tags. To request a refund:
(a) Email ARCHFORD USA Returns Department at sales@archfordusa.com.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
5.2 Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery when returning or exchanging a Product. Title remains with you until safely delivered to ARCHFORD USA. ARCHFORD USA is not responsible for products returned to the incorrect address or damaged in transit. Damaged, lost, or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5.3 Damaged and Faulty Items: If the Product you received is faulty or damaged, email sales@archfordusa.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, photos, and other relevant information. ARCHFORD USA will respond within 3 business days to address your request. Damaged and faulty items are covered under warranty as outlined in Section 7.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 ARCHFORD USA integrates delivery services through carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
6.2 ARCHFORD USA will offer various delivery and insurance options through these Delivery Service Providers. ARCHFORD USA is not responsible for providing these delivery options but merely facilitates your interaction with the providers.
6.3 If an item is lost or damaged during delivery, contact ARCHFORD USA at sales@archfordusa.com to report the issue, allowing ARCHFORD USA to review the delivery service.
7. Warranty
7.1 ARCHFORD USA's Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under U.S. consumer protection laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the Product and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major one.
7.2 To make a Warranty Claim during the Warranty Period, email sales@archford.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, photos, and relevant information. ARCHFORD will respond within 3 business days.
7.3 If your Warranty Claim is accepted, ARCHFORD USA will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product or part with a new or remanufactured equivalent at no cost to you for parts or labor.
7.4 The Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to you, in addition to other rights provided by law.
7.5 All implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for use, are limited to the Warranty Period.
7.6 The Warranty does not cover any Product with cosmetic damage, misuse, abnormal service or handling, or alterations in design or construction.
